Car and Driver Magazine featured the Manxter 2+2 in their recent June 2006 edition. The red street Manxter ran 0-60 MPH in 4.2 seconds! Click here to read the entire article. Car and Driver included two extra articles in this issue. One titled "So Sexy it Hurts", looking back on their April 1967 edition, and "The Father of the Dune Buggy Rides Again" where Car and Driver looks at Bruce Meyers' legacy.

Bruce Meyers was featured on San Diego's KUSI Morning News this morning. The San Diego Automotive Museum's current exhibit is "Dune Buggies & Desert Racing" and Bruce was present with "Old Red" and a Manx SR for an interview.

Bruce Meyers celebrated his 80th birthday March 11th. Winnie organized a suprise party to end all, and Bruce was surprised big time. Over 200 friends and family joined the festivities. Click here for photos.
